Do you want to take on a key role where you drive strategic procurement initiatives and develop supplier partnerships in an international environment? We are now looking for an experienced Procurement and Supplier Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with a global company. Here you will combine strategic procurement with operational execution and contribute to long-term business results.

As Procurement and Supplier Manager, you are responsible for leading and executing sourcing activities within IT and strategic procurement. You work closely with the business, suppliers, and international stakeholders to ensure commercial agreements, develop supplier relationships, and drive the organization's sourcing strategies forward. The role is both strategic and operational, and is perfect for you who want to work in a dynamic environment with significant personal responsibility and many contact points.

• Lead and execute sourcing processes, RFx, and tenders.
• Drive contract negotiations and develop supplier relationships.
• Develop sourcing and category strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance, risks, and agreed commitments.
• Analyze procurement data and identify cost-saving and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in strategic forums and represent the procurement function in projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support Category Management activities.
• Report results and impacts from executed sourcing activities.

• At least five years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or Vendor Management, preferably within IT.
• Documented experience in tenders, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
• Experience in change management and projects with multiple stakeholders.
• An academic degree in engineering, IT, economics, law, or equivalent.
• Very strong analytical skills and a data-driven working style.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and preferably Power BI.
• Fluent communication in English, both verbal and written.

• Experience from global matrix organizations.
• Experience in Category Management.
• Experience in Supplier Risk Management.
• Experience with international supplier networks.

Location: Stockholm
Work Model: Hybrid, minimum three days in the office per week
Start Date: August or September 2026
Duration: 6 months with good prospects for extension
